The Collective | Membership Terms & Conditions

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms:

Membership

Your membership includes access to The Collective, including live coaching sessions, community access, available replay content, and member resources as outlined at the time of enrollment.

Billing

Membership fees are billed automatically according to the subscription plan you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually) and will continue until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and no further recurring payments will be charged.

No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to coaching, resources, and community content, all membership payments are non-refundable.

Live Sessions

Live coaching sessions are scheduled in advance. While every effort is made to maintain the published schedule, dates, topics, or guest speakers may occasionally change.

Recordings will be made available when applicable; however, attendance at live sessions is the responsibility of each member.

Community Expectations

The Collective is a supportive, respectful community. Members are expected to treat one another with professionalism and kindness.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, solicitation, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the community without refund.

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, videos, templates, guides, presentations, and resources provided within The Collective are the intellectual property of Denisha McCauley Photography.

These materials are for your personal business use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold, taught, or republished without prior written permission.

Sharing login credentials, replay links, downloads, or member-only resources is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Results Disclaimer

Your success depends on many factors, including your effort, consistency, implementation, and business decisions.

While The Collective is designed to provide education, support, and guidance, no guarantees are made regarding income, bookings, business growth, or specific results.
